Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail experience; leadership or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to deliver an exceptional customer experience and inspire a customer-first culture.
• Serve as Leader on Duty in the absence of Store Manager or Assistant Manager.
• Coach, motivate, and support Sales Associates to hit performance goals.
• Build relationships with customers by sharing POP MART's artists, characters, and exclusives.
• Drive sales performance through product recommendations and KPI focus.
• Maintain open communication with store leadership on opportunities and needs.
