Job summary

POP MART is seeking a Retail Sales Lead for Natick Mall to drive exceptional customer experiences and daily store operations. You will lead in the Store Manager's absence, coach associates, and help achieve sales goals while supervising inventory, merchandising, and cash handling.

The role requires 1+ years in retail with leadership experience, strong communication, and a passion for pop culture collectibles. Evening/weekend availability and a high school diploma are expected.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience and leadership experience preferred.
• Strong communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate others and foster a collaborative team.
• Basic computer and POS proficiency.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Serve as Leader on Duty when Store Manager is unavailable.
• Coach and support sales associates to meet goals.
• Manage store operations including opening/closing, cash handling, and POS activities.
• Support inventory, merchandising, and back‑of‑house organization.
