Job summary

POP MART is seeking a Store Manager for Walt Whitman Mall to lead all aspects of store operations, develop a high-performing team, and deliver a premium customer experience that reflects the brand’s creative energy.

You will own sales performance, visual merchandising, inventory control, scheduling, and daily store execution while maintaining POP MART’s culture of engagement and excellence. Experience in high-volume retail and a passion for collectibles is highly valued.

Qualifications

3+ years of retail management experience in a high-volume store.
Proven track record of driving sales and controlling expenses.
Experience leading teams of 10+ employees, including coaching and development.
Strong understanding of retail KPIs and operations.
Passion for designer toys, collectibles, art, pop culture is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead store performance across sales, payroll, expenses, profitability, and operations.
Coach and develop store team; build succession plans.
Ensure exceptional customer experience and brand presentation.
Oversee visual merchandising, inventory control, and stockroom organization.
Drive product launches, promotions, and store initiatives.
