Job summary

Wayfair's Lynnfield, MA location is hiring for a Store Leader overseeing the Joss & Main retail team. You will coach and develop Design Advisors, lead performance, and ensure daily operations as MOD while driving sales and customer focus.

You will analyze store results with data tools, manage scheduling, and coordinate visual merchandising to maintain brand standards. A minimum of 3+ years of leadership and a client-centric mindset are required, along with flexibility to cover shifts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership experience motivating a team to achieve sales goals.
• Experience establishing and maintaining a client base.
• Client-centric mindset and strong business acumen.
• Interior design, furniture or home goods experience preferred.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proven ability to motivate, influence and inspire yourself and others.
• Track record of thriving in a fast-paced and changing environment.
• Flexible schedule including morning, afternoon and evening availability.

Responsibilities

• Provide an authentic, friendly customer experience that exemplifies Wayfair's commitment to customer focus.
• Coach, develop and lead all aspects of performance, development, safety and recognition for a team of Design Advisors.
• Maintain leadership presence on the floor, manage scheduling and daily opening/closing as MOD.
• Support store operations with stockroom organization and omni-channel fulfillment.
• Utilize sales analytics tools to drive store profitability and growth.
• Lead visual merchandising tasks, maintaining store standards and signage.
• Analyze store results through data and coaching for KPI improvements.
• Communicate with the team on key needs to drive engagement and sales.
• Share innovative ideas to continuously improve team operations.
