You'll support store leaders and teammates with product knowledge, CRM usage, and stock presentation to maintain a high-energy shopping experience. This role requires flexibility, including evenings and weekends, and a commitment to meeting store goals.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience motivating and coaching a team to achieve sales goals.
• Passion for great customer service and a drive to exceed sales targets.
• Strong sales, organization, self-motivation, communication and relationship management skills.
• Ability to handle customer escalations with maturity.
• Demonstrated ability to work within a team sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage and connect with customers to drive sales by understanding needs.
• Support associates to maintain customer service and store presence.
• Train and develop associates on product knowledge and selling behavior.
• Provide feedback with Store Manager to aid growth.
• Deliver and drive store KPIs through coaching and support.
• Lead use of CRM and accounts for consistent customer experience.
