Wayfair’s Retail Store Design team is seeking a Senior Manager to lead and manage projects that enable Wayfair’s physical retail agenda across brands. The role leads relationships with architects, millworkers, and project managers, translating inputs into architectural store concepts and executable plans for multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8+ years in general business, spatial design or project management.
• Experience in large-scale physical retail design and managing stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Develop strategy for designing and project managing architectural drawings for a brand of physical retail stores.
• Translate design inputs into executable plans and timelines for multiple stakeholders.
• Build and maintain a network of architects and millworkers to support design across stores.
• Partner with Store teams to ensure design aligns with brand, marketing, and operations.
• Set objectives and timelines with leadership for design by brand and site.
• Manage design process, budgets, and communications with stakeholders.
