Job summary

Wayfair is seeking a Full Time Sales Associate for our Specialty Stores in Lynnfield, Burlington, or Dedham. The role involves engaging customers, driving sales, and supporting store operations to create a best-in-class shopping experience.

You will train and coach associates, work with store leadership on knowledge of products, and help achieve KPIs. The position requires a flexible schedule including nights and weekends, with a base pay of $24.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience coaching a team to achieve sales goals.
• Passion for great customer service and a drive to exceed sales targets.
• Strong sales, organization, self-motivation, communication and relationship management skills.
• An ability to handle customer escalations and demonstrate professional maturity.
• Demonstrated ability to work within a team sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to drive sales by understanding needs and offering options.
• Support associates to deliver exceptional service and maintain a strong store presence.
• Train and develop associates on product knowledge, selling behavior, and store operations.
• Provide feedback to Sales Associates to aid growth.
• Drive sales and service KPIs through coaching and teamwork.
• Utilize design tools, CRM software, and client accounts for consistent customer experience.
• Master selling analytics and training resources to educate the team on product assortment.
• Open and/or close the store with keyholder responsibilities.
• Manage stock levels, merchandising, signing, and assortment; maintain cleanliness and safety.
