Job summary

Wayfair AllModern is hiring for a Design Sales role at our Dedham, MA store. You will blend interior design expertise with sales to help customers design spaces and purchases, while coaching Design Sales Advisors and supporting store operations.

You will manage design appointments (virtual, in-store, in-home) and use moodboards and space plans to drive decisions, aiming to exceed sales and customer-satisfaction targets in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in home furnishings design and sales.
• Ability to coach and support Design Sales Advisors.
• Experience with client consultations and design appointments.

Responsibilities

• Provide an authentic, friendly customer experience aligned with Wayfair's customer focus.
• Leverage interior design and sales expertise to guide customers' design needs and purchases.
• Coach and support Design Sales Advisors and assist with workload as assigned by Store Leader.
• Manage virtual, in-store and in-home design appointments and deliverables.
• Use design software to create moodboards and space plans.
• Meet or exceed sales and KPI targets.
• Assist in store operations: floor sets, replenishment and substitutions.
• Contribute innovative ideas to improve team operations.
