Job summary

The Salvation Army Thrift Store in Cedar Falls is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead daily operations, supervise staff, and drive sales while upholding our mission. You will recruit and train team members, manage time cards, and produce daily reports for the Regional Manager, fostering a mission-driven, team-oriented environment in a retail setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' staff management experience.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Proficiency with POS systems and basic financial management.

Responsibilities
