Job summary

The Salvation Army is seeking a Store Manager to lead one of our retail stores in the community. You will supervise staff, drive sales, ensure store presentation, and uphold safety and financial controls while aligning with the organization’s mission.

Ideal candidates bring proven retail management experience, strong leadership, and excellent customer service orientation, with the ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• 2 years' experience in staff management and development or combination of education and experience.
• Proven retail management experience.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage store operations.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and supervise store staff.
• Manage scheduling and payroll processing.
• Develop and implement strategies to meet production and sales goals.
• Oversee donation processes, product sorting, pricing, and presentation.
