Purificación García is seeking a Store Manager to lead the boutique at The Falls. You will drive sales, elevate client experience, and uphold luxury brand standards while developing a high-performing team.

Responsibilities include KPI management, clienteling, visual merchandising, operations and compliance. You will collaborate with area managers to optimize performance and deliver outstanding service in a fast-paced fashion environment.

General Description:

The Store Manager is a dynamic retail leader responsible for driving all aspects of boutique operations. This role focuses on delivering outstanding commercial results, strengthening client relationships, elevating the in‑store experience, and maintaining the highest brand and operational standards. The Store Manager creates an inspiring, people‑first culture that empowers the team to consistently exceed expectations.


Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Business Performance & KPI Management


  • Achieve and surpass all store sales targets, profitability benchmarks, and operational KPIs.

  • Analyze key performance indicators and take proactive, data‑driven actions to optimize results.

  • Set individual sales goals, monitor performance, ensure team is compliant with company expectations and implement corrective action when necessary.

  • Demonstrates strong time management by consistently meeting weekly and monthly deadlines (including monthly accountabilities, schedules, training checklist, payroll, etc.)

  • Manage store budgets, staffing productivity, and cost controls to maximize revenue and operational efficiency.


Client Experience & Relationship Building


  • Deliver an elevated, personalized, and memorable client experience aligned with luxury service standards.

  • Cultivate and grow strong relationships with top clients, overseeing effective clienteling practices and client book development.

  • Ensure all client interactions reinforce loyalty and drive long‑term business growth.

  • Conduct daily virtual fitting room pitches (per leadership directive)

  • Continues ongoing education and product knowledge training; attends Train-the-Trainer sessions to further develop expertise


Leadership & People Development


  • Lead, inspire, and mentor a high‑performing retail team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

  • Drive recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and career development for all store staff.

Operations, Compliance & Store Excellence


  • Oversee daily store operations, ensuring compliance with all corporate policies, procedures, and operational standards.

  • Manage stock accuracy, inventory counts, replenishment processes, and loss‑prevention measures.

  • Oversee cash handling, opening/closing procedures, reporting, and sales forecasting.

  • Guarantee adherence to all safety, security, and regulatory requirements.

  • Ensure corporate communication is reviewed daily and shared with the associates.


Brand Image & Visual Merchandising


  • Protect and elevate the brand image through impeccable store presentation and adherence to visual merchandising directives.

  • Optimize product rotation, highlight key items, and support sell-through strategies, including best sellers and new launches.

  • Ensure the boutique consistently reflects the brand’s identity and aesthetic at the highest level.


Communication & Partnership


  • Serve as the primary liaison between the store and corporate/area manager, providing insights to support product, service, and operational enhancements.

  • Communicate business updates, performance trends, and opportunities weekly.

  • Represent the brand as a trusted ambassador, fostering strong relationships with clients, team members, and the broader community.


Requirements:


  • Minimum 3 years of retail experience, in luxury, premium or fashion retail is preferred

  • Proven ability to achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional client experience.

  • Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to connect authentically with clients.

  • Excellent product‑presentation, styling, and storytelling abilities.

  • Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and committed to luxury boutique standards.
