Job summary

Acne Studios in Miami Design District is seeking a Store Manager to lead the store in all aspects of luxury retail, delivering outstanding client experiences through coaching and team development. You will oversee daily operations, monitor sales performance and KPIs, manage inventory, and recruit and train staff to achieve ambitious sales targets while maintaining a premium, cutting-edge atmosphere.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

As Store Manager your main contribution will be to lead the store in all aspects. To ensure your success in this role, we provide training and coaching in luxury sales, management, and clienteling, according to our cutting-edge approach to client experience. You will play a vital role in ensuring excellent service and sales results by:

Specific personal qualities for this role:

• Customer-centric mindset with the ability to fine-tune the need of the customer and translate that into excellent customer service
• Self-reliant in knowing how to guide and motivate a team whit clear communication and feedback
• Proficiency in prioritising responsibilities, and delegating tasks while maintaining attention to detail
• Understanding of sales techniques, product knowledge, and visual merchandising

Specific experience and knowledge for this role:

• Working in a retail environment within luxury fashion, preferably in a progressive leadership role
• God knowledge in analysing retail KPIs and building a strategy plan accordingly
• Leadership or supervisory experience, demonstrating the ability to manage and motivate a team
• Fluent in English, which is a prerequisite for this role (and additional languages based on the market requirements)
