Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in Rialto, California. Panda offers a comprehensive Store Management Leadership Training program, mentorship, and support from our Panda community to help you grow professionally and personally.

As a Store Manager you will oversee the operation of a single store, hire and guide associates, drive financial performance, and ensure exceptional guest experiences. Training will run for 8+ weeks to prepare you for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to meet financial goals and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Participate in an 8+ week store leadership training program designed to prepare you for success.
