Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in California. You will oversee the operation of a single store, hire and direct associates, and drive toward financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

We provide 8+ weeks of Store Leadership Training, mentorship, and support from our Panda community that cares about your success and development within a promoted, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda store, hire and direct associates to meet financial goals and deliver guest experiences.
• Participate in an 8+ week Store Leadership Training program to prepare for success.
