Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in California. You will be responsible for the operation of a single store, including hiring, directing staff, and delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• You will oversee store operations, hire, manage and direct associates to meet financial goals and guest experience targets.
