Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in California. You will oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, directing of associates, and driving financial performance to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

We provide an 8+ week Store Management Leadership Training program and ongoing mentorship within a supportive Panda community to help you grow professionally and personally.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store; hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Provide and participate in an 8+ week Store Management Leadership Training program to prepare for success.
