Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in California. You will lead a single store’s operations, hire and coach associates, and drive toward financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

We provide an 8+ week Store Leadership Training program, mentorship, and strong support from our Panda community to help you succeed in your career with us.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations, hire and direct associates to meet financial goals and guest experience standards.
• Provide leadership and mentorship; participate in the 8+ week store leadership training program.
