You will oversee the operation of a single store, hire and develop associates, drive financial results, and ensure exceptional guest experiences. Training of 8+ weeks is provided to prepare you for leadership.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• You are in charge of the operation of a single store.
• Hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and guest experiences.
• Provide store leadership training and development to prepare for success.
