Panda Express is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a single California location. You will hire, train, and supervise associates to achieve financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

We provide an 8+ week Store Leadership Training program, mentorship, and ongoing support from our Panda community to help you grow personally and professionally.

Position requires flexibility, including openings and closings, weekends and holidays, within a 50-mile radius of home.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, train and supervise associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest service.
