Panda Express, part of Panda Restaurant Group, Inc., is seeking seasoned leaders to join our store management team in California. You will oversee the operation of a single store, hire and supervise associates, and drive financial results while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

We offer an 8+ week Store Management Leadership Training program, mentorship, and support from a Panda community that cares about your success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to relocate within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to meet financial goals and guest experience targets.
• Ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences and store performance.
• Participate in an 8+ week Store Management Leadership Training program.
