Job summary

Panda Express in California is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. As a Store Manager, you’ll own the operation of a single store, including hiring, directing staff, and driving financial results while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

We provide an 8+ week Store Leadership Training program, mentorship, and support from our Panda community to help you succeed in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda store, including hiring, directing and managing staff to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead the team to provide high-quality guest experiences and ensure operations run smoothly.
• Participate in the store's leadership training program to drive ongoing development.
