Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in California. You will oversee a single store, hire and direct associates to meet financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences. It's up to you to make your store a success.

We provide an 8 or more weeks of store leadership training program and ongoing mentorship to support your professional development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, supervising and directing associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead and mentor teams to ensure smooth daily operations and customer satisfaction.
• Participate in an 8+ week Store Leadership Training program to prepare for success in the role.
