Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. Panda offers paid Store Management Leadership Training, mentorship, and support from a Panda community that cares about your success.

You will manage a single store, overseeing hiring, staff direction, and the delivery of exceptional guest experiences while achieving financial goals. A leadership training program of 8+ weeks will prepare you for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be able to relocate within 50 miles.
• Flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• ServSafe certified (Food Safety).

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single Panda store, including hiring, managing and directing staff.
• Ensures delivery of exceptional guest experiences and achieves financial goals.
• Includes 8+ weeks of leadership training program to prepare you for success.
