Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single Panda Express store, supervising and directing associates to achieve financial goals and exceptional guest experiences.
• Oversee hiring, training and performance management to ensure store success.
• Participate in an 8+ week Store Leadership Training program to prepare for the role.
