Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. You will oversee the operation of a single store, hire and direct associates to reach financial goals, and ensure exceptional guest experiences for every guest.

To prepare you for success, we provide an 8+ week Store Leadership Training program, mentorship, and ongoing support from our Panda community committed to your growth and success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda store, hiring, directing and managing associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Ensure the store runs smoothly and staff perform to standard.
