Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. We provide paid Store Management Leadership Training, mentorship, and support from our Panda community that cares about your success.

You will oversee the operation of a single store, including hiring, directing associates, and achieving financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences. A leadership training program of 8+ weeks prepares you for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing, and directing associates to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead and mentor store team to ensure smooth daily operations and customer satisfaction.
• Participate in an 8+ week leadership training program to prepare for management responsibilities.
