Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. You’ll be responsible for the operation of a single store, including hiring, directing associates, and achieving financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single store and directing associates to meet financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Lead hiring, training and staff development through the Store Management Leadership Training program.
• Ensure safe, compliant operations and uphold Panda Express standards.
