Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. You will lead the operation of a single store including hiring, directing associates, and delivering exceptional guest experiences while driving financial results.

We provide an 8+ week leadership training program, mentorship, and ongoing support from a Panda community that cares about your success and development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and exceptional guest experiences.
• Provide leadership and drive store performance through training and mentorship.
