Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. You will be responsible for the operation of a single store, including hiring and directing staff to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

We offer an 8+ week store leadership training program, mentorship, and ongoing support from our Panda community to help you grow and succeed in your career with Panda Express.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be willing to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Flexible schedule including openings and closings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and provide exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in an 8+ week Store Leadership Training program to prepare for success.
• Ensure the store runs smoothly and meets company standards for guest service and quality.
