Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team, with paid Store Management Leadership Training, mentorship, and support to help you succeed.

You will be in charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences. An 8+ weeks leadership training program will prepare you for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities
