Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. You will be responsible for the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, directing and coaching associates to meet financial goals and deliver excellent guest experiences.

We offer an eight-week Store Leadership Training program to prepare you for success, with mentorship and support from a caring Panda community committed to your growth and development.

Qualifications

• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring and directing staff.
• Manage and mentor associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Complete 8+ weeks of leadership training program.
