Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in Louisville. You will oversee the operation of a single Panda store, hire and supervise associates, drive financial performance, and ensure exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda restaurant.
• Hire, manage, and direct associates to meet financial goals and guest experience standards.
• Lead eight or more weeks of leadership training and development.
• Ensure premier guest service and store performance.
