Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. You will oversee the operation of a single Panda store, hire and direct associates, and drive financial and guest experience results. A comprehensive 8+ week leadership training program is provided to prepare you for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles of home.
• Must be available to work opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda store and direct associates to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead and mentor team through an 8+ week store leadership training program.
• Hire, manage, and develop staff to support store success.
