Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. As a Store Manager, you’ll oversee the operation of a single Panda Express location, hire and guide associates, and drive financial performance while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead and participate in the eight+ weeks of store leadership training program.
