Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a Panda store, drive guest satisfaction, and manage a team. You will oversee hiring, scheduling, and performance to meet financial goals and provide excellent dining experiences.

You will participate in an 8+ week leadership training program and have opportunities for growth into higher management roles, with comprehensive benefits and a supportive Panda community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a Panda store, including hiring and directing associates to meet goals.
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences and uphold food safety standards.
• Lead and participate in ongoing training and leadership development for store staff.
