Qualifications

• Available to work a flexible schedule including openings, closings, weekends, and holidays.

• Oversee operations of a single Panda store, including hiring, training, and directing associates to meet financial goals and guest experience targets.
• Lead the 8+ weeks leadership training program and ongoing development.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and company policies while delivering exceptional guest experiences.
