Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a 50 mile radius.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of a single Panda Express store and direct associates to achieve financial goals and exceptional guest experiences.
• Hire, train, and supervise team members; ensure adherence to standards and policies.
• Lead the store leadership team through the daily operating cycle and a strong training program.
