Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. You will be responsible for the operation of a single store, including hiring, directing associates, and driving financial goals while ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

New managers undergo an 8+ week leadership training program. We offer paid training, mentorship, and a comprehensive benefits package designed to support full-time associates and their families.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct store associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Provide leadership and ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in an 8+ week store leadership training program for successful onboarding.
