As a Store Manager, you will oversee a single location, hire and manage associates, and drive financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences. Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda store, including hiring and directing staff.
• Drive financial results while delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in an 8+ week leadership training program and ongoing development.
