Job summary

Panda Express, a leading American Chinese restaurant group, seeks experienced leaders to join our store management team. You will oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, directing staff, and achieving financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

We provide an 8+ week store leadership training program, mentorship, and support from our Panda community to help you succeed in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified

Responsibilities

• You are in charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and ensure the delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
• Prepare the store for success through an 8+ weeks leadership training program.
