Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. You will be in charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to hit financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

We offer an 8+ week store leadership training program and ongoing mentorship to support your professional growth within a supportive Panda community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles of home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including openings/closings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and guest experience targets.
• Lead staff with Panda leadership training to ensure store success.
