Job summary

Panda Express seeks experienced leaders to join our store management team at Panda Express. You will be responsible for the operation of a single store, including hiring, coaching and directing associates to meet financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

We offer an 8+ weeks leadership training program to prepare you for success, along with ongoing mentorship and support from our Panda community that cares about your development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that includes opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead and develop store teams and drive store performance.
• Participate in an 8+ week store leadership training program to prepare for success.
