Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. You will oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, directing staff, and driving financial performance to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

We provide an 8+ week store leadership training program to prepare you for success, with mentorship and support from our Panda community that values family and growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and guest experiences.
• Provide leadership training and development; participate in an 8+ week store leadership training program.
• Ensure execution of company standards to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
