We provide an 8+ week store leadership training program to prepare you for success, with ongoing mentorship and Panda community support to help you grow professionally.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified
