Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. You will be in charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

We provide an 8+ week store leadership training program to prepare you for success and offer ongoing mentorship and Panda community support for your professional and personal development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to relocate to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing and directing staff to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead and train associates to ensure high standards of guest service and food safety.
