Panda Express, a part of Panda Restaurant Group, is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. You will oversee the operation of a single store, hire and direct associates, and drive financial goals while ensuring guests have exceptional experiences.

We offer an 8+ weeks of store leadership training, mentorship, and support to help you grow professionally within our growing family of restaurants.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsabilités

• Oversee operation of a single Panda store and team.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to meet financial goals.
• Ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in an 8+ week store leadership training program.
