Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. You will oversee the operation of a single Panda Express location, hire, coach and direct associates to achieve financial goals and deliver guest experiences.

We provide an 8+ weeks leadership training program and mentorship from a supportive Panda community. This role requires flexibility for opening/closing shifts, weekends and holidays, and relocation within 50 miles from home.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including openings/closings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serv Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of a single Panda Express location and drive financial performance.
• Hire, coach and direct associates to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Ensure safety training and standards are maintained.
