Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. You are in charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and ensuring the delivery of exceptional guest experiences.

We offer an 8 or more weeks of store leadership training, with mentorship and support from our Panda community that cares about your success, helping you develop professionally.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be willing to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, train, and supervise associates to meet financial targets and guest satisfaction.
• Lead and participate in an 8+ weeks Store Leadership Training program.
