Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. You will be in charge of the operation of a single store, hire and direct associates, and drive financial and guest experience goals. A comprehensive 8+ week leadership training program will prepare you for success.

We value development and offer mentorship through our Panda community, with a flexible schedule and the potential to relocate within 50 miles of home as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles of home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store and lead staff to meet financial goals and deliver guest experiences.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to ensure store success.
• Complete training through an 8+ week Store Management Leadership Training program.
