Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. You will oversee daily operations of a single Panda Express location, including hiring, directing of associates, and driving financial performance while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

We offer an 8+ week Store Leadership Training program, mentorship, and support from a team that cares about your success. This role requires flexibility in shifts and ability to relocate within 50 miles as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• You are in charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and guest experiences.
• Participate in and complete an 8+ weeks store leadership training program offered by Panda Express.
